In 2019, Bär & Karrer, a leading Swiss law firm, underwent a comprehensive rebranding and redesign process to modernize its visual identity, enhance its digital presence, and strengthen its market positioning. The project encompassed multiple key elements, ranging from website redevelopment to corporate design updates, ensuring a consistent and contemporary brand experience across all communication channels.

02 — Key Aspects of the Rebranding Project

1. Digital Transformation: Website & UX Design

A major part of the rebranding involved the development of a new website that provided a more user-friendly and intuitive experience. Key tasks included:

  • Updating profile pictures, biographies, and textual content to ensure clarity and professionalism.

  • Implementing an improved UX design concept and information architecture (3.2) to enhance navigation and accessibility.

  • Creating a detailed website design (3.4) aligned with the firm’s new visual identity.

  • Producing high-quality visual content (3.5) to strengthen brand aesthetics.

  • Copywriting and editorial refinement (3.6) to ensure a coherent and engaging tone of voice.

  • Technical programming and implementation (3.7) to build a seamless, responsive, and secure digital platform.

2. Social Media & Digital Communication

The firm’s social media strategy was revamped to ensure a more engaging and informative online presence, reinforcing thought leadership and increasing client engagement.

3. Publications & Corporate Materials

To align all corporate materials with the new brand identity, various print and digital assets were redesigned:

  • Press releases, brochures, and flyers (Briefing, PR, Broschüren, Flyer etc.) to communicate the firm’s vision effectively.

  • PowerPoint presentations to reflect the modernized branding in client-facing and internal materials.

  • Print and advertising materials (Druck & Werbung) to ensure consistency across all media channels.

4. Logo & Visual Identity

The brand’s logo and overall corporate design were refined to reflect Bär & Karrer’s reputation as a forward-thinking and prestigious law firm.

CI/CD Rebranding Marketing Assets

The rebranding initiative successfully reinforced Bär & Karrer’s position as an industry leader by delivering a refreshed, high-quality brand identity that resonates with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The new website, enhanced UX design, and updated corporate materials contributed to a stronger, more cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
